Free Standard Shipping

All orders will ship for free if the order total is $50.00 or greater before tax.

If there are discount codes used at checkout, free shipping will only apply if the order total is $50.00 or greater after discount(s) have been applied and before tax has been added.
Standard Shipping Cost

U.S. Mainland States: $6.00 
Hawaii or Alaska: $10.48
U.S. Territories: $9.98

All standard orders are processed and shipped within 2 – 3 business days. Your package will be shipped via USPS or UPS and typically arrives within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification via email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website to track your package. You can also track your package by logging into your account and viewing your order history details.
International Shipping

At the time, InsideSmarts does not ship internationally.

Undelivered/Missing Packages
Lost/Stolen Packages

Please report lost/stolen packages to our Customer Service immediately so we can begin investigating the issue.
Refused/Undeliverable Packages

If for some reason your package is refused or undeliverable, your package will be returned to our warehouse. Contact InsideSmarts’ Customer Service to discuss options moving forward. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you place an order.
Change of Address After Shipment

Please note that an address can not be changed after a package has been shipped.

Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our priority! If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact our Customer Service at customer-help@insidesmarts.com. We will listen to your concerns and discuss the best way to get the most out of your purchase.

If we can’t make this product work for you, InsideSmarts is happy to arrange for a return or exchange of the item. The product must be purchased through InsideSmart’s company website or Amazon store. Purchases made from an unauthorized Third Party will not be honored.

If a customer needs to return the product to InsideSmarts, customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or error. Return the product via UPS or US mail or another common carrier. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.
Respecting our Return Policy

InsideSmarts has the right to refuse a return to a customer who has abused the satisfaction guarantee.

Abusing our return policy includes, but is not limited to, a customer who wants a full refund yet continues to purchases product, use the product, and deems the product unsatisfactory.
Broken or Damaged Items

Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping contact us immediately to get instructions. Please keep the box, packaging materials, and damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
